After "Money No Enough" and "Drive", he introduced me to the old hag Liang Po Po and we decided to bring her to the big screen and we felt it'd be a commercial hit. Raintree Pictures in association with Zhao Wei Films brought the well-loved 85-year old to the big screen during the 1999 Chinese New Year . The film stars Jack Neo, Mark Lee, Henry Thia, Patricia Mok, John Cheng, Shereen Tang, A-Gu and Eric Tsang and was a top grosser with $3.1 million at the box office.
